Windows 10: Previous device recognition

Due to update services not working , I had to do an in place upgrade using the windows media creation tool. The previous desktop version (one before the upgrade) still appears in the "Send to" option as available devices. How do I remove it from the pc permanently? I can't figure out how to do it. Any solutions?

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

Based on the details you have provided, you can follow these steps to set a new scan for facial recognition:

• 
  On the
  Start
  button, go to
  Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
  
• 
  Under
  Windows Hello, choose
  camera setup option.
  
• 
  Select
  Remove
  to delete or remove the previous facial recognition setup.
  
• 
  To setup a new facial recognition setup, go to
  Set Up > Get Started.
  
• 
  Follow the instructions to scan your face and click
  Finish.
