Windows 10: Primary Display Problem: Apps and Windows Freezing After Leaving Screensaver

I have a new desktop PC running Windows 11 with multiple monitors. Every time my PC comes out of the screensaver, the display on the primary monitor is never quite right. I can see the mouse cursor moving, but all the windows and apps that were on the primary monitor appear frozen. The issue is instantly fixed when I ctrl+alt+Delete and open the Task Manager... But I don't really want to have to do this every time my pc wakes up. Any idea what's going on here, and how it could be fixed more permanently?Here are my PC's specs:OS: Windows 11 Home Version 10.0.22631, Build 22631PC: Acer Aspire

  Select Control panel.

  Click on Display.
  
• 
  Select Change display settings at top left corner.

  Click on Identify then you will be able to check the primary display.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
