Windows 10: Primary user login lost on Windows 10

PC Windows 10 ProAMD A9-9420 RADEON R5, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G 3.00 GHzWindows Spec Version: 21H2 OS build: 19044.2364 Users `2 initially; 1 primary being Administrator [User 1] 2nd local administrator [User 2] PIN used for both login initially.Administrator prompt [User 1] now absent from login screen;Only User 2 login prompt is present.Login on secondary user [User 2] OK! but does not allow access to files of Administrator [User 1], primary user.Followed various recommended steps:A Created User "Admin" while logged in through User 2 Admin created as local user Acct.B. 1 Press Shif

Lost user name in Windows 10

Thank you for your suggestions. No sign of lost primary user name and password on log in screen or in accounts in control panel. Primary user files, as I said, are still present and available.

 

Windows users at login

I cannot see all of my user accounts on the login screen on a new Windows 10 laptop. I have an account for my son and it does not appear as a user on the login screen. It is listed if I display the users with the CMD prompt. The only account I see is my
account which is an admin. His account is a user. All the suggestions I've seen are not available on home edition.

  Select Change display settings at top left corner.
