Windows 10: Print Dialog missing when printing any file type from file explorer

Before Monday, 5/20/2024, I was able to select almost any file type in File Explorer, right click, then select print. This would bring up a dialog box that allowed users to print multiple documents to a printer of their choice. That is no longer happening. I've tried the following: 1. Updated Windows 11 including all optional updates 2. Updated software Adobe, Microsoft Word, etc.3. Changed default printer to test issue with multiple network devices, it happens on all of them. 4. Confirmed "Let Windows manage my default printer" was disabled.5. Confirmed default apps are set correctly. 6. Te

Printing list in File Explorer

I simply want to print out a list under a file name recorded in File Explorer eg a list of file titles in Program Files (X86)? I am operating under Windows 10 and can list all files on C: but cannot print out the list of files. Any advice?

There are options you can consider to troubleshoot this issue. When the
Print button on the File Explorer window is greyed out, we suggest that you check if the
Print Spooler service is running. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Services and click the
  Services app.
• Scroll down and check if the Print Spooler service is running.
• If not, right-click Print Spooler and click Properties.
• On the Properties window, click Start.

After following the steps, check if the Print button
is already available.
