Windows 10: Print options no longer come up Windows 10

I don't know what has changed, but suddenly, I have the problem that whenever I'm trying to print from file explorer, the print option window does not come up. I used to be able to select multiple images and could choose if I wanted 4 images to a page, wallet-sized images, and if I wanted to print on both sides, etc, but now, it just prints full page images automatically. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get these options back. I don't know what even happened to cause this.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Printing a photo on windows 10

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.
