Windows 10: Print Screen does not work for multiple screens

Print Screen and Snip & Sketch were working fine until about 21-June-20 - then black screens resulted when trying to use these Apps. I have a desktop machine running an up-to-date version of Windows 10. I searched on several websites to get info on how to cure this. I still haven't got a solution. However by disconnecting the data plug of my second screen, both the Print Screen and Snip & Sketch returned to working properly. However I need to work with two screens - is there a workaround for this problem?

Asus Taichi 21 outer screen does not work

Mogyie, thanks for that. I gave my daughter a Taichi21 for Christmas and the Win8.1 update managed to trash it.

In Step 5 had to download BIOS 205 (TAICHI21A), 211 was rejected by WinFlash (downloaded in step 4).

I also had to download the Intel Graphics Driver from the VGA downloads. I had to run this after Step 9 to get the second screen to work.

You set me in the right direction, thanks.

 

Print Screen Button

If you have it set up, Print Screen button does work, just all your print screens are saved to the Microsoft Cloud

 

Print screen only prints last copied material

  How are you trying to accessing the print screen option?
  

If you have a print screen button (PrtScn) in the keyboard, I suggest you to use the same and verify the result. You may also try taking the print screen for a particular window by pressing Alt + PrtScn button and verify the result.
