Windows 10: print screen does not work

For a few days now, pressing the print screen makes nothing happen. I try to use Win+PrtSrc key to save to Screenshots folder, and it doesn't work.Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 21H211/‎06/‎2020Compilation SO 19044.1889Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Print Screen, black screen appears

See previous comments - "Print Screen" and the Snip Tool" works on screens that are not from the Internet!!!
Again, click on Print Screen (of my desktop), go to Paint, open a new screen, Paste an image of my desktop (captured from Print Screen).. and also I can use the snap tool (of an area within the paint screen). That is, the Pasted image does show my desktop and icons... and I can use the snap tool... (and no black screen from the above steps).

 

Microsoft Edge "Print Email" not working

I suggest you to make sure that you made the following settings and check if you are able to print.

Step 1:

• 
  Open MS Edge and click on more actions [...]
  
• 
  Click on Settings and select
  Print.
  
• 
  Choose your printer from the list and check if you are able to print.
  

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows key and type
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view by and select large icons.
  
• 
  Open Devices and printers.
  
• 
  Right click on your printer and select set a default printer.
