Windows 10: Print Screen not opening the snipping tool no matter what I do

Print screen is not opening the snipping tool as it should, even if I turn on or off the option on the accessibility. The screenshot its saved, but not by the snipping tool. I've been tried to uninstall it, the screenshot still saved, after re installing the snipping tool, same, pressing print screen does not open the snipping tool., any ideas?

W11 snipping tool unable to print from snipping toll screen

My current version of the snipping tool app 11,2302.40

I don't know when this was updated but now I am unable to print my screen shot directly from the snipping tool screen without saving the screen shot to my pictures folder. This now creates an few extra steps that I didn't have to do before. Is there some way to print without saving the screen shot? Thanks

Your post is unclear. Please post a step-by-step description of what you are doing, e.g. like so:

• Open the snipping tool
• Click "New"
• etc.

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
