Method 1:

Method 2

Check if the print spooler dependency services are running.

a. Click Start, type services.msc and hit Enter

b. Scroll down to Print spooler.

c. Right click and click properties, click the tab “Dependencies”

d. Note all of the dependent services listed, and then close the Print Spooler Properties window.

e. Repeat the above steps for the dependent services noted.

Method 3: Install the latest drivers for printer from the manufacturer's website in compatible with Windows 10 . Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

Method 4: I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  
  If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:
  

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Method 1: You will need to clear spooler files and restart the spooler service.

1. Open Run dialog (Windows Key +R) and type Services.msc
   to open Windows Services.
   
2. In the Services list, double-tap (or double-click) Print Spooler. Select Stop > OK.
   
3. Open Run dialog once again and type %WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers, select the file folder in the search results, and then delete all files in the folder.
   
4. Open Windows Services once again as you did in step 1.
   
5. In the Services list, double-tab (or double-click) Print Spooler.
   
6. Select Start, and in the Startup Type list, make sure that Automatic is selected, and then select OK.
