    Dear allUnter Windows 10 I want to use "print to file".As I am often working "offline" during several days, I would like to somehow specify an printer-output-file and during the day I would then "print" different print jobs to that single file. Back in the office I would then send/print that file containing all print jobs of the past day or so. Is this possible?PS: I could figure out how to install a "print to file driver" in Windows, however I need to define a new output file each time I print something -> But what I want is to automatically print/append to an existing file...Thanks and

    Shortcut to print without opening Visio File (VSDX extension)?

    Since, without opening file, I can print VSDX file by following steps:

    1. open file with Internet Explorer
    2. get Internet Explorer to print.
    Is there a shortcut ? My wish to have:

    1. right click file with VSDX extension and print just like Office documents?
    2. VBS using COM
    3. Powershell script

    Windows 10 printing issue while printing picture from Document files.

    • When you say that "I cannot print a picture from my Documents file", are you trying to print a picture present in a word document file or trying to print a picture on Windows 10?

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
    If the issue persists, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps suggested on the link below under
    Advanced:

    Fix printer problems
