Windows 10: Printed e-mail from my aol linked e-mail account

Yesterday when I went to print an e-mail off from my linked aol e-mail account synced with the Windows 10 e-mail app, they were so small you could hardly read them!! I've rung EPSON about the printer and they thought it might be to do with the printer settings in Windows that may have been changed following an update. I've tried altering the settings fit to page but it has made no difference.


I addition when I print from a Word document the print colour is grey rather than black and printing in colur form websites the colour is quite pale compared to how it should look. The size of documents in these cases are all OK and correct size. It's just from the linked

e-mail account through Windows 10.


I've no idea why this has suddenly changed as the printer is less than 2 years old and was working perfectly before.


I've tried ringing Microsoft UK helpline but all they do is refer to this community for help.

I need a slick E-mail program!

My parents are absolutely stonewall about keeping AOL. The best reason they can give me for keeping it is the easy to use E-mail interface. I ain't arguing, I haven't found anything easier to use, but it TAKES SO MUCH MEMORY! And so I'm thinking that if I can find something nice and easy to use, I might be able to get my parents to use it instead of AOL, and finally get the bloatware known as AOL off my computer! The requirements-

• Must be easy to use
• Can't be browser-based (so AIM mail, Yahoo, and MSN are no-no's)
• Preferably compatible with AOL mail, my parents don't want to switch E-mail accounts
• Can't be Mozilla Thunderbird...I tried it and it sucks in terms of multiple E-mail accounts, and it erased all my saved mail *Frown .

Any ideas?

 

Rearranging the Order of E-Mail Accounts


I have six e-mail accounts established in my Windows 10 Mail. It appears the accounts are listed in the order they were created. However, I just had to add another e-mail account and it is at the bottom of the list. Is there any way to rearrange the list? In Windows 8.1 you could move the accounts up and down in the order that you wanted them listed. The procedure used in Windows 8.1 does not work in Windows 10.

 

Mail app still continues to refuse to link my AOL e-mail





This is what happened when I tried to link my AOL e-mail account to the Mail app on Win10. I was able to link both of my Outlook accounts, including my Gmail, and iCloud as well. But I'm still having problems with AOL. Also, I had typed my email and password
correctly, with no errors, but it's unable to access it still. I should also note, that I'm currently able to still access my AOL e-mail, through the AOL website on the Edge browser. I had used the POP3 & IMAP option, never had asked for server information,
assuming it would acquire it automatically, similar to what Thunderbird does, but I can't access AOL e-mail through the Mail app.

Any suggestions?!

EDIT: I am now also unable to link my iCloud email to the Mail app. I have received two different notifications, showing that both my AOL and now iCloud account settings are out-of-date. The only accounts that are actually working on here
are my two Outlook accounts, and my Gmail. I'm really in need of desperate help, people.
