Windows 10: Printer drivers not found after V24 update

Windows 11 update V24 installed 02/18/28 - printer drivers not found. After this update ALL the printers on my laptop cannot be found. You cannot uninstall this update. I have tried reinstall Windows. Tried reinstalling printers several times as wireless and USB. I cannot print and now have an useless laptop since I cannot print. The scanner portion works fine but not printers listed or working. Spent several hours, days with Windows support and no fixes. Said to put in anther ticket for more help.

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Print queue.
  
• 
  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.

Unable to remove a printer gone in "Unspecified" group

An outdated, or incompatible printer driver could be causing the issue. We suggest that you update your printer driver, or
uninstall the printer driver; then, restart the computer, and have Windows install the latest driver automatically. Check the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
• Locate the printer driver and uninstall it.
• Restart the computer.
