    printer fails after update computer blue screens


    2021-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5000802

    I have had to uninstall this update multiple times to networked computers. Once i uninstall everything is fine is there a fix?

    after install of update when users try to print to a kyocera their screens turn blue with an error code then reboots. This happned to multiple users on the network. running win 10 64 bit education editions PRO and N.
