Windows 10: printer help

For some reason my printer will not print a picture from my picture file. It will print a document that I have saved but not an image. I have already contacted my printers support and they sent me here.

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Printer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Printer. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel
• Run the Printer troubleshooter
