Windows 10: Printer HP Deskjet 2540. Network wireless

    Printer HP Deskjet 2540. Network wireless


    My printer prints Windows Printer Test Page correctly from my Lenovo laptop. Trouble shooter shows no fault codes. I can print screenshots full page correctly. But print from e- mails from laptop or airline tickets print appears as very small and to leftr of paper does not print to the right of paper. Help please.

    Today I installed the latest version of the HP Deskjet 2540 all in one from the HP site.

    Than once more I ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter and it fixed something.

    At last I searched for updates in Windows 10 on my computer, but again our old friend "HP - Printers - HP Deskjet 2540 series - Fout 0x80240017" came back to stay.

    I hope one of the future updates from Windows 10 solves my problem.

    The printer works...

    There is no issue with the printer. The problem is with windows update continually failing to install an update for the HP printer.

    The error message is:

    HP - Printers - HP Deskjet 2540 series - Error 0x80240017
