Windows 10: Printer incorrect manufacture and model name for Windows

Version:Windows OS: 10 Pro 22H2Windows OS: 11Detail: I had install the Epson L565 WiFi to our network and I have add printer L565 to my PC which it successful butI has checked the Menufacture / Model and found it incorrect to show name like the picturePrinter is Epson L565Problem : Manufacture show HP, Model show HP LaserJet M101-M106and I try to other printer but it still same problem.Do you have solution for fix it?I had uninstall and install device but still problem.

• The name of the OEM + “contact information”
• The name of the OEM + “PC support”

After upgrade to windows 10 i did and now my printer won't work . there is no driver for this model printer that work. such a nightmare. I removed the printer. Any suggestions?

with the sound. Refer top these steps:

• Open Control Panel
• Click on Troubleshooting and select the
  view all option on the left pane.
• Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

If the issue persist install the latest drivers for the printer from the manufacturer website and if you could not find, we suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode using the article below and check for the issue.

• Press Windows key and type Devices and Printers in search box and hit enter.
  
• Right-click a printer that need to renamed, and then click Printer properties.
• Click the General tab, and then type the new name in the text box.
