Windows 10: Printer issues from Windows

Hello


My laptop just ran a windows update and now I can't print from Microsoft Pictures. I normally just right click jpegs and print from there I am assuming that's what it's called?


Anyway since the update when I print from Windows I don't get a full image. I can print from any other software and I get my entire image without any problems. If I use Windows I only get the top and bottom of the page.


I have the exact same problem on both of my epson printers.


Can anyone help me? I need to be able to print this way for my business and I have orders I need to ship!

• Is it a wired or wireless printer?
• Is the printer connected via network to your computer?

I suggest you to make printer as a default printer you can follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key+ X and select
  device manager.
• Select devices and printers
• Right click on the printer you want to use, and then click
  set as default printer (You'll see a check mark on the printer's icon signifying that it's now your default printer).

I suggest you to update the drivers for the printers and check if it helps.

I also recommend you to run the print troubleshooter to check the issue.
