Windows 10: Printer ,lost

After last upgrade I have lost recognition of my printer by my computer. Apparently I have to delete KB4560960 upgrade & also KB4557957 if it has been loaded. I found how to do this but got stuck at Programs & Features which I do not have , can anyone suggest how I can get around this ? Also telling me that printer upgrades are integral with windows so I can't do printer upgrade to fix. If I delete printer will re-installing fix problem ?

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the Printer?
  
• When you say "One of my printers is lost, how can I recover without having to download it again?" is the printer not detected or is it not printing?

I am sorry to know that you are having issues with Printer.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• 
  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Devices and Printers and then tap or click Devices and Printers.
• Press and hold or right-click the printer you want to use, and then tap or click
  Set as default printer.
