Windows 10: Printer not working after Windows 11 update.

When my computer was updated from Windows 10 to 11, it deleted my HP Deskjet D1455 printer to an Epson printer. I did not realize it until I tried to print something 10 days after the upgrade. I deleted the Epson and reinstalled the HP. But still everything now gets stuck in queue. HP no longer supports the D1455, so I can't download drivers. Can you help, or do I need a new printer? I tried restarting spooler

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

Since your printer is also having an issue after an update, we suggest that you run the Printer Troubleshooter as an initial troubleshooting step. Follow the steps provided in the link on my first response. Also, can you provide us additional details regarding
your concern. Kindly answer the questions below:

• Which update are you referring to which caused this issue?
• Which troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Windows 11 Add Printer not working for shared network printer

Hi,

I have just installed windows 11 after some intrepidation i am delighted with windows 11. So far all is working perfectly. Except one issue. we have a shared network printer connected to another PC. when i go to "Add a device" selecting add manually add a network discoverable printer. The printer shows up in the list. Select the printer then next a get "Windows dosen't have a network profile for this device" i have the latest updates and the network profile i have tried private and public, same result.

Any suggestions appreciated.
