Windows 10: Printer Offline Status on Windows 10

Printer shows status as offline in windows 10

I followed all the suggestions. Windows 10 on my system and the print driver are up to date and according to the troubleshooter all is in order. But my printer status remains "Offline" and I am unable to print.

Printer status says offline. I can't get it to connect even though it worked with this new computer a week ago when I set it up. I'm not good with this sort of thing. Any suggestions?
