Windows 10: Printer options only showing in new print dialog (but not in old one)

I've been having this issue since setting up Windows 10 Pro.

This is the old print dialog (comes up when trying to print in Firefox, etc.): https://i.imgur.com/MQKywC6.png

It only shows two options.

This is the new print dialog (comes up when trying to print in Microsoft apps like Edge, etc.): https://i.imgur.com/LwqXUQ2.png

It shows all options (and also network connected printers).

What could be the reason for this? I'm especially missing "Print to PDF" and my network printers. It's pretty troublesome having to switch browsers each time I have to print/save something.

Printer icons in print dialog boxes

After I upgraded my HP LaserJet printer two icons for the printer now appear in the print dialog boxes-a new one and an old one. Of course, you can’t print to the old one, but some of my programs default to the old one HP informs me this is a Windows 10
issue since the printer performs well.

When I check Printing Preferences for the printer, two printers appear in the drop down menu: the old one and the new one. Print Server Property lists only one driver.

How can I remove all instances of the old printer from print dialog boxes?

To be able to assist you better, let us know if you are able to print documents in other formats in color format.

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to open the Print dialog box in Windows to access the settings for color profiles used in printer.

• Use the keyboard shortcuts Windows Logo + R to open the Run Command Dialog box
• Type in the command: shellrintersFolder
• Right-clicking on the printer and open the printer preferences, where you can choose options such as paper size and layout.
• 
  Select Print color which gives you options for Color or black-and-white (grayscale) prints.

Incompatible Print Option Dialog box

I am receiving an Incompatible Print Option Dialog box stating I have two conflicts, with no real details provided. I have a new Lexmark printer on TCP-IP Port 192.168.0.1 that could be part of the issue, but can't seem to get that one changed. The dialog
Box says the conflicts are Feature 1:Option 1; and Feature 2: Option 2.
