Windows 10: Printer problem after install of KB5025221 April updates

I have three computers connected via Ethernet cable, that share a printer, that is connected to one of the computers. The printer is a Brother HC-5470DW connected to one of the computers via a USB cable. Prior to the Microsoft April updates, the shared connection worked without error. After the April update, the other computers all running Windows 10 keep getting an error 0X0000011B when I try to initiate a share. What has been done up to this point. 1. April fix KB5025221 had been uninstalled from all machines. Still failed!2. Waited for May updates. It app

April 11, 2023 KB5025221 caused slowness on VDI machines

We have different VDI machines with Windows 10. Some of them looks like have significant performance degradation after April 11, 2023 KB5025221.

Once we uninstall KB5025221 performance back to normal.

Is there any known issue with installing it on VDI or we need to apply some workaround?

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps:
CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

Just after I submitted this help request, I thought of 1 more thing to try. I did an "in-place upgrade" of the latest windows 10.iso over my existing setup, "keeping my files and apps".

After it completed, I hit search for Windows Updates several times, and NO additional updates were suggested.

I've attached a screenshot of the installed updates that goes back to late February. Weirdly (?), the KB5025221 is NOT on this list. I just tried a Windows Update request again, and nothing came up.

So, I "think" the problem may be solved, but shouldn't there be an April 2023 update of some kind?
