Windows 10: Printer problems!

Installed Win 10 a few months ago, everything was fine, have now istalled the latest update Win 10 version1511 [OS Build 10586.14] and the printer will not print.
Any suggestions how to overcome this please?

start menu stopped working

Cannot get start menu to pop up. Worked till yesterday, now won't. Turned off computer and back on - still won't work

 

default printer keeps change

Hi,

I am using Windows 10. The problem is the default printer keeps change. For example, I set printer A as the default printer. Then I print to printer B. Then the system change my default printer to printer B. It is very strange and the problem is repeatable.

Please advise what could cause the problem.

NOW SOLVED, required a new Driver.

 

After installing 1511 my laserjet 6p won't work. I installed an up to date driver but it made no difference. Any ideas? When will MS correct their fault?

 

How it doesn't work, are you getting Printer not available ?
Uninstall all the other drivers and try, it helped me with same printer, also have an HP 4L working with drivers updated thru Printers and Devices panel.

 

Windows 10 error message pings immediately. Have td uninstalling old drivers and reinstalling.

 

Where did you get drivers from and which way is printer connected to computer, LPT port or USB adapter ?
I got them thru Printers and Devices panel > Ad Printer and let it download and install from MS over internet.
