This page from HP's website shows that your printer is not supported
on Windows 10. The most recent driver was written for Windows 7.

"Not supported" doesn't necessarily mean that the printer won't work - it means that HP hasn't tested your printer on Windows 10 and hasn't taken any steps to make it compatible with Windows 10. That means your printer may or may not work properly and HP
has no solution to offer you, so you're basically on your own.

"User intervention required" typically means that you have to do something - push a button, change a dial, etc. - at the printer itself, rather than at the computer. Look at the printer's display (if it has one) or indicator lights to figure out what it
is you need to do.

"User intervention required" can also mean that you're out of paper. Don't ask how I figured
that out.
