Windows 10: Printer says Offline, but Wifi says connected

Hey! When I try to print a document, it says that my HP Envy Photo 7155 printer is offline. I have used the HP wizard thing, it didn't work. I followed the instructions that the hp virtual assistant gave me, didn't work. I tried deleting all the printer software and then redownload it, didn't work. I've switched Wifi networks, didn't work. I literally do not know what to do next. I would rather not buy a whole new printer since they aren't cheap. Can anyone help??


Also, I have a Surface Pro 3, Windows 10 laptop/tablet thing.

Printers say (Offline) W-10

Oops They are both connected via WiFi and they worked fine at one time...... I'll check the advice you suggested.....

Bummer just checked and ran Troubleshoot and it told me to turn the printer on. (Which it was) So I tried to do a test print and got a message saying printer is OFFLINE..... So running Troubleshoot did no good...

 

Printer status says offline

Printer status says offline. I can't get it to connect even though it worked with this new computer a week ago when I set it up. I'm not good with this sort of thing. Any suggestions?

* Moved from Mobile Devices

* OS assumed to be Windows 10

Both my printers say (show) offline and I can not print...
I checked in tutorials and found nothing.
