Windows 10: printer will not connect intermittently also power off and restart don't work intermittently

Sometimes printer connects and other times it doesn't. When this happens I try to restart or shut down and restart goes for a long time then gives a blue screen saying something is wrong then reboots. When I try to shutdown works for a long time and then reboots.

Ethernet port works intermittently

I reupped the driver. Working now, but it's an intermittent problem so I won't know for a while. Bad driver can kill the connection? i.e. the lights are out?

 

Intermittent Restart

I already brought my laptop at the service center here in the Philippines. 'Cause the sound card was broken and an intermittent restart occurs 24/7.

They replaced the motherboard, and reformatted my hard drive. They said the intermittent restart was already gone.

But I think after it updated from the Windows Update 1709 the intermittent restart occurs again.

Ethernet port works intermittently

Does your card support autonegotation? It could be a duplex mismatch as those tend to end up as intermittent problems.
