    Printer will not work HP office Jet 3830


    The printer will not print from Word or email/attachments. But it will print from my mobile device. I received a message saying the active directory domain service is unavailable, I googled this and followed the directions. Still, I have had no success I blame this all on the windows update 1909

    Is it just me or do Windows updates cause problems with HP Office Jet 3830 printers. I spent 4-5 hours yesterday with a Tech I believe re-installing Windows 10 to get the printer to work - today it is the same and I have now wasted another 40 minutes waiting
    for a Person to talk with me after spending time with the Virtual Agent. Can this really be happening with two leading tech companies HP/Micro involved??
