Windows 10: Printer won't Input multiple documents in printer queue

Our office owns this Fujitsu Lifebook T725 device running Windows 10 Pro. This device has 1 Admin and 1 user account. When i try to print multiple word documents saved in the user or Admin account, only one will be added to the queue and print.Things i tried to fix this:1. I have tried printing less pages and it doesn't2. I went into services.msc "Print Spooler" and stopped the services, then i went to Windows + R and put in C:\Windows\System32\spool\printers and deleted everything from this file, i then restarted my computer, i went back to services and turned and started "Print Spooler" and

Printer queue quick launch

Because there's a good chance there are multiple queues for multiple printers, it makes no sense for Microsoft to create a default "Open Printer Queue" keyboard shortcut.

However, you can call the queue for a specific printer from the command line.

You'll need to know the specific name of the printer you are trying to view. If it is a network printer the name will be the full network path: "\servername\printershare"

And then you put it together:

If you've entered the printer name correctly, the print queue dialog will open.

 

Printer queue problem

Am trying to delete all documents waiting in my printer queue. The last one says "deleting" but is stuck and won't delete? Any suggestions?

his printer has a built-in print server.

What you need to know what ip is being give to the printer. Perhaps you can print a status sheet from the printer.

Then Go to printers in control panel

add a new printer

local printer attached, uncheck automatically detect and install PnP printer

create a new port, select standard tcp/ip port

a new window should open and enter the ip there where it says printer name or IP address (port name then should be also be filled as you go)

and pretty much follow the rest of the steps, you will need to install the printer drivers.


These steps is the easy, but not the right way.

The right way is to use the network option on the initial screw and search for the printer server...but that can be tricky to configure.
