Windows 10: printer

at one time my printer was installed and orking. something got stuck in the paper feed. got it out, but since than even after reinstalling it, it will not print. just keep getting error msg.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

  Set as default printer.
