Windows 10: Printers disapeared after 24h2 update

Hello,After the Windows 11 24H2 update, all Canon printers disappeared from the user computers, specifically the ones connected via a print server and shared. Interestingly, if you try to re-add them, you get the error "Windows cannot connect to the printer" or "No printers were found."However, the printer is definitely there — you can ping it, access it via HTTPS, and even add it using its IP address. But the same printer, when shared through the print server, cannot be added.What’s even more peculiar is that if the printer was never added to the user’s computer before, it works fine through

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to update the drivers for printer and check.

• 
  Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate and expand Print queue.
  
• 
  Right-click on the printer driver
  that is listed and click Update driver software.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to run the printer troubleshooter from
“Fix printer problems”
and then check if this fixes the issue.

What and all steps have you tried so far?

Restart the computer and check.

Also, check for Windows updates.

I suggest you to run the Printer Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.

  Click on Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.
