Windows 10: printfilterpipelinesvc.exe -Embedding

Does anyone know any results about the command line execution below?printfilterpipelinesvc.exe -EmbeddingI'm curious if the result would yield tmp files with the word "kirbi" in them. It looks like it could be associated with some sort of malware executing on the machine, but unsure.Is there any documentation about what microsoft printfilterpipelinesvc.exe is for and the types of files it would create during its execution?Thanks,

clean install of W10 - embedded key, and Legacy MBR/BIOS v UEFI choice

The W8 key is safely embedded in the firmware.

Alphanumeric's experience is probably more to do with that particular PC rather than a general point.

As a test I've just booted my Dell with its W8 key in the firmware using the latest 20H2 install USB, as created by the MCT. It successfully found the embedded key, skipping steps 9/10 in the tutorial and went straight to step 11 'Check the I accept the license terms box'.

Make a note of the embedded W8 key just in case, but you probably won't need to enter it *Wink

AMD today announced a multi-year agreement with Mentor Graphics Corporation to expand availability of open-source embedded Linux development for heterogeneous and multi-core processors from AMD. Embedded systems developers will have comprehensive access to the Mentor Embedded Linux development platform for customized embedded Linux development and commercial support, as well as a no-cost Mentor Embedded Linux Lite derivative providing all the essentials to evaluate Linux on AMD embedded processors.

To address the growing complexity of embedded systems, embedded developers will also have access to Sourcery CodeBench for greater insight into system execution, performance and debugging applications in Linux-based embedded systems.
