Windows 10: printing 4 x 6 photo prints only top and bottom edges Windows 10

I've been successfully printing 4 x 6 photos on my Epson 2720 printer for 15 months until this week. I use File Explorer in Windows 10, right click the photo and get the print menu with a preview of the photo. The preview shows the entire photo, but the printed photo prints only the top and bottom edges with white space in between.


This printing is from a new box of Epson photo paper. It is the same kind of photo paper I've used before. Epson Software Updater indicates there are no updates.


I've tried different photos with the same result in both landscape and portrait. I've inserted the photo in a Word document and it prints perfectly. An envelope prints perfectly.

I cannot print my photos to come out in 4 x 6 format

Photo printing on windows 10, I cannot print photos to come out exactly 4 x 6, they all come out smaller, have tried to put in exact measurement but it won't take it.. help!

Having trouble printing 4 x 6 inch photos from my computer. I right click on photo, and use pager size 4 x 6, photo size 4 x 6, & fill page. Have also tried using photo viewer with 4 x 6 page size and print full photo.

I get only a part of the photo printed out. Frustrating!

You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.
