Windows 10: Printing any document on any printer open Office 365 screen

I print on any program (Word, Excel, Poblisher, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Google Chrome, Brave, etc) on any of my two printers (Xerox CQ8900 and Epson Stylus NX515) and it keeps opening that annoying Office 365 screen. I close the screen and when I print again, it opens that screen.


I have Windows 10 build 1903


Any help or suggestion, please? Thanks.

Office 365 not printing

I upgraded a Toshiba laptop from Windows 10 Home to PRO. At that point all the software in Office 365 stopped printing. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestion with no result. Adobe reader and Note will print. the Printer is a HP Officejet 8610
and I am using the wireless connection to the printer. Everything works but Office 365

The issue with printing may have something to do with the printer driver. Since you recently upgraded the Windows version of your laptop, it could be that the printer driver needs to update as well. Now, as an initial step, we suggest that you try printing
a test page through Notepad and check if it will print. Also, check the print properties if it's set to the correct printer before you start printing a document. If the recommended steps didn't help, then update the printer driver. To do that, you can follow

You may refer to the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest device driver.
