Windows 10: printing e-mails in windows 10

how do i increase the printed size of e-mails. I can increase the size on the screen with ctrl/+. but it does nothing for the finished sheet

It appears there is a problem printing e mails from Windows 10, having spoken to Cannon there suggestion is to down load Internet Explorer and Easy Web print. Having tried the Microsoft suggestions I will now try this, but a fix is needed.
