Windows 10: Printing emails condensed after last update

Can't print a full page from my emails. It condenses the 8 1/2 x 11 print size to a very small print in the upper left hand corner of the paper. When I print from an Apple computer, it's fine. Therefore, I think it is a problem from the last update of windows by Microsoft. Do you think Microsoft is aware of this problem. Don't know how to contact them.

  What happens exactly when you try to print an email?
  
• 
  Are you able to print any other document?
  
• 
  How are you accessing emails, through web browser or mail app?
  

I would suggest you to try printing the emails from a different browser.

If the issue still persist, try the troubleshooting steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Low Volume When Using Condenser Microphone.

See my responses below. Basically I have already tried everything you suggested prior to me making this post. Also I don't understand why a cheap clip-on mic is working while my condenser mic isn't.

  Are you able to print documents and other email account without any issues?
  
• 
  Have you updated all the drivers including display drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
  

If not, I would suggest you to visit the manufacture website and download and install all the drivers and then try to print again.
