Windows 10: Printing from Snipping Tool Windows 11 23H2

I can open the Snipping Tool and take a snip. I then click on More Options 3 dots then select Print. The new print UI opens and then immediately closes. This is happening on many other devices with the same build. Windows 11 23H2 Build 22631.3155I have uninstalled / reinstalled Snipping Tool.I have removed Windows.Graphics.Printing.dll and ran SFC /scannow.I have removed all printers and drivers and reinstalled.This is the error that I get.Faulting application name: SnippingTool.exe, version: 11.2312.33.0, time stamp: 0x6598a04bFaulting modul

Windows 10 Snipping Tool on Windows 7

All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

less than helpful. I know Windows 7 has a snipping tool. I want to move the Snipping Tool in Windows 10, which has printing capability built in, to a Windows 7 machine. thanks tho.

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
