Windows 10: Printing from stamps.com website

    Why is my printer not showing in the list of available printers when trying to print from the stamps.com website? I was able to print two weeks ago, but now my printer is not in the drop down list to choose from. One other coworker prints from stamps.com as well.

    Good day!

    I need to save several hundred documents in pdf and add a stamp to them. The stamp saved in pdf and jpg formats.

    How to add stamp when printing to a pdf printer files from Word, pdf, jpg, tiff?

    Please, help.

    Vijay, thank you. I have Adobe Acrobat and know how add stamp in handle mode, but I want to automatically add stamp, when send many documents to "Microsoft print to pdf",
    because there several hundred documents

    • How are you trying to print?

    • Have you tried printing from a different application and checked?
    I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
    Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

    • Press Windows key + X and click on
      Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • Select View all on the top left corner.
    • Click Printer.
    • Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.
    Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.
