Windows 10: printing in word

In win7,when printing I could hit enter and it would drop one line. In win10 hitting enter drops two lines. How can I get word (win10) to be like win7--drop one line at a time?

OS Windos 10 64 bit, printer HP officejet pro 8625

I am unable to print from the black print screen that shows up when trying to print. If I copy to word and print from word it will work.

 

Panasonic KX-P1121 cannot print

Just to add on the print results:

1. Print a test page, the printer printed only 2 rolls with garbage and then stop.

2. Print using Microsoft Word, with wording on the left page, example below:

asdfghjkl

asdfghjkl

(all the way to the end of the page, this can be printed. All good. Clean and nice print out)

3. Print using Microsoft Word, with wording on the left page to the right, example below:

asdfghjkl

asdfghjkl

asdfghjkl

asdfghjkl (can print till here. The below just stop)

My findings:

- Wording that cut across the right side of the document, it will just stop.

- Wording just on the left can be printed without problem.
