Windows 10: Printing option is not possible

Hi I have windows 10 - 1909 - Build 18363.959


since 17 july is not possible to print something, i have a HP oficejet pro 7740, i have try to uninstall all a re install but nothing change



I have see spooler stop everytime, i Put on automatic and start but he stop again and again..


is not possible to put a default printing...


i have see the kb4565483explication here update fixe maybe the problem, but impossible to install it..

Unable to find print option.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 and check if it helps:

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
