Windows 10: Printing out picture contact sheet now shortens the file name and auto rotates the pictures

I am trying to print out "contact sheets" where you get 35 pictures per A4 sheet but it Windows Photo Viewer ? is now shortening the file names and auto-rotating the images. Unfortunately I want the file name in full and I do not want the pictures auto-rotated....I know for a fact this did not used to occur as I have some contact sheets I printed out a few years ago !Does anyone know how I can get the system to operate as it used to ?I'm using Windows 7 64 bit.

Open Windows File Explorer (folder icon on your Taskbar)

On the left of File Explorer, click Pictures

Find and select the 4 pictures you want to print

Right click those and choose Print

Then in the right pane of the resulting dialog, set that to 4 up on 1 sheet . . .

• When you say that "I cannot print a picture from my Documents file", are you trying to print a picture present in a word document file or trying to print a picture on Windows 10?

Are you trying to rotate the pictures using Photos app? If not, we suggest using Photos app to rotate the pictures and then check if the same issue will persist. Here's how:

• Save the picture first and then open it on Photos app.
• Click the picture and then select the Edit button. It is the pencil icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen.
