Windows 10: Printing preference dialog box cut off on Right side

Hi, I'm suddenly having an issue with some of Epson's dialog boxes where they get cut off on the right side. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the driver/software but to no luck. I didn't have this issue before a recent software update. I spoke to Epson and, of course, they kick the can back to Microsoft. I'm also certain it has to do with Epson software.Has anyone solved this? I'm running Windows 10 on a fairly new machine. Examples of the issue below:

Printer icons in print dialog boxes

After I upgraded my HP LaserJet printer two icons for the printer now appear in the print dialog boxes-a new one and an old one. Of course, you can’t print to the old one, but some of my programs default to the old one HP informs me this is a Windows 10
issue since the printer performs well.

When I check Printing Preferences for the printer, two printers appear in the drop down menu: the old one and the new one. Print Server Property lists only one driver.

How can I remove all instances of the old printer from print dialog boxes?

you can restart the Print Spooler service in your computer:

1. Press the Windows button.

2. Type services.msc then press Enter to open the services console.

3. Locate "Print Spooler" in the list of services, right click and select
Restart.

4. Then restart your computer and try again if you'll encounter same issue.
