Windows 10: Printing problem with Edge

Ok so I am trying to print a DVD cover from NEATO Online Label Design Software - Formerly Mediaface Online and have not been able to. I've attached 2 images which display what I see. I can however print normally from edge meaning selecting "more options then print". I can use firefox on the same site and print with no issues.

Microsoft Edge "Print Email" not working

I have the same problem printing from Edge. The document preview screen is blank but all other print commands and options etc are there but no print is produced. Selecting the option from the settings in Edge to Open in Internet Explorer enables the print
function to work perfectly from IE. The print command screens in IE are different to the ones displayed in Edge/Mail. This definitely points to a problem with the Edge print function in Windows 10, in my estimation.

EDGE's printing related problems are horrible, and getting worse since the new Win10 Threshold-2 release. Not only does it default to the ink-sucking "Normal" print output mode with every print attempt, but it's not even printing the page you want to print. On a 3 page document, I asked Edge to print the page that's displayed in the preview window, and that nutty browser prints the third page instead....in Normal (ink sucking) print mode...because I forgot to manually change it to "Draft". Holy crap. *Mad

Just when I was starting to get comfortable with Edge, it starts reverting back to a BETA state. All my "Top Sites" disappeared too, just 3 days ago, for no reason. Oh well...back to Firefox as default browser. sigh...
