Windows 10: Printing Queue Job Keeps Getting Stuck on Every Job After the First.

We print something to our HP printers I assumed it was a printer issue but it's happening to 4 different people and HP couldn't find anything , It prints fine, maybe you print again within the next 5 minutes the printer queue job will be stuck indefinitely, could be 5 minutes till it goes through could be 15. Not sure where to go, we restarted both devices, all drivers and devices up to date, We didn't install any new software recently. Hope someone knows some possible solutions to try.

Job in print queue stuck

I had a job stuck in print queue earlier. Would not delete, received advice to turn off spooler, empty spooler file file, turn spooler back on. Worked for one document. The second document is stuck no matter what I do, repeated the above steps, nothing
in queue, reinstalled printer software, rebooted printer and pc. It keeps printing the same document regardless of what I am printing. It's maddening!

 

Print jobs stuck in print quese

My wife recently changed from Chrome to Firefox on her laptop. Afterward the system would hang whenever she tried to print something. I looked and it seems that jobs get stuck in the print queue after printing. There was a test page and another job. I was able to cancel the other job but the test page won't cancel. Restarting the print spool service resulted in the test page printing but remaining in the queue in printing status.

What should me next steps be?

Another "fun fact": if I am on another network, the printer is still in my printer list, but the queue seems to be empty. It is only as I get on the network again, the stuck job shows up.
