Windows 10: Printing special sized forms

Please help me print 1/2 of a letter sized piece of paper. I am trying to print on 5.5 x 8.5 paper. There is a form that size called "statement" but it is not available through the Universal PCL 5 driver.This has been a challenge of mine through several versions of Windows. I am able to get it to work using a Post Script driver. My printer can print on the paper just fine. Why can't I get this to work easily?

Printing Custom Forms

I am trying to print a Tabloid Document (11x17). I have created the new form under Print Server Properties. However, when I open the document to print it, I do not see the newly created Tabloid option under Paper Size. The new form is listed under Print
to PDF, but not under printing to our specific printer. Any advice on how to get printing set up for Tabloid so it can actually print to the printer, not just Print to PDF?

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, we would need some information.

1. Which type of document are you trying to print in Tabloid form?
   
2. Are you able to print any other document as a Tabloid mode on this printer?
   
3. May I know the Make and the model of the printer?
   
4. How are you trying to print the Tabloid document? Is it through a browser or from a file?
   

Method 1:



I would suggest you to check if you are getting the option to print the document as A3 size.



Method 2:



Also, I would suggest you to save the document as a PDF file, and then try printing it as a Tabloid document.

Configuring form/page size in MS Win10 Print to PDF

I have Print to PDF "printer" installed on my Win10 system and, generally, it works fine.

The installed page sizes are: A3, A4, A5, B4 (JIS), B5 (JIS), Executive, Legal, Letter, Statement, and Tabloid.

Unfortunately, I need to make larger format "prints": ARCH C (18"x24"), ARCH D (24"x36"), and ARCH E1 (30"x42").

Control Panel > Devices and Printers >
Printers > Microsoft Print to PDF > Print server properties (ribbon bar) >
Forms (tab) lists a whole slew of available forms, including the three that I need. What it doesn't appear to allow is to add these pre-defined standard form/page sizes to those that can be selected when using the printer.

Does anyone know how to access or install these pre-defined form/page sizes?
