Windows 10: Printout Job Problem

i have windows 10 pro 22H2 PC as printer server, i have problem to connect to shared printer on that PC, i need to restarting the printer spooler so i can perform printout job, when it's done another problem occure, my form setting in the printer server are all gone so i need to set the form again from begining, this is happen again and again when i restarting the printer spooler ...need some help and long term solution to fix this problem thankyou ?

How to ensure printout same order as submit.

My problem, I guess when printer is busy, printout is intermittently different.

Example:

Submit order

Printout order (intermittently)

Im excited to share with you an improvement to OneNote on Windows that enables you to move ink annotations along with the images and PDF printouts they are associated with. Keep ink annotations with images and PDF printouts in OneNote Weve heard from you that annotating images or PDF printouts in OneNote can be challenging. The ink doesnt stay in place when the image or PDF printout is moved. Also, using the Lasso tool to select both can be cumbersome. Were happy to let you know that any ink you add to an image or a PDF printout will automatically move with it. Furthermore, any ink touching and outside of the image will also stay on the image or PDF printout, keeping the ink annotation and image or PDF printout together. How it works

1. Go to Insert > Picture or Insert > File Printout to insert an image or a PDF printout.
2. Start inking on the image or the PDF printout.
3. Tap the image or PDF printout to select it and the ink using touch, your digital pen, or your mouse.
4. Move the selection somewhere else on the page and notice that the ink moves along with the image or PDF printout.

Tips and tricks

• To clear the selection of the image or PDF printout, and the ink, tap anywhere outside of the image or PDF printout.
• To select the underlying image or PDF printout, tap it again after both the image or PDF printout, and the ink are already selected.
• To resize both the image or PDF printout, and the ink annotations, drag the corners of the selection box.

Windows print problem. Every Time! Printer prints job, but on PC it still says "Printing" and no additional job will print.

This happens EVERY time.

It happens on two different printers on two different networks (at home and at work)....so it is a WINDOWS problem, not a PRINTER problem.

Send a job to the printer.

It completes and prints JUST FINE. All is well.

THEN==>>

In the printer window for that printer, it continues to say "Printing" (forever!) even tho the job has successfully completed. If i highlight the job and "Delete" it, it says "Deleting"....forever. No other print job sent will print, as they are all blocked
behind the job that has already successfully printed, and that cannot be manually deleted, either.

So, EVERY TIME the queue must be manually cleared out. The only way i can print another job is a 3-step process

• Go to Services, Stop print queue.
• Go to PRINTERS folder, delete all files.
• Go back to Services, and START print queue.

After those three steps, I can print again...exactly one print job...then it happens the same again for that job. Obviously this is a complete hassle.

I would like specific and definitive instructions not on how to now get WINDOWS to work "normally"...so that when a print job successfully prints and is done, the queue for that printer shows as empty, and so more print jobs can be sent.

If this were a very intermittent occasional problem it might be tolerable. But it happens EVERY TIME with EVERY PRINTER.
