Windows 10: Privacy and Security settings in windows 11 don't respond.

I'm unable to access my Privacy and security settings in windows 11.

Settings freezes when I try opening Privacy & Security (Windows 11)

I tried all these steps and still cannot access Privacy & Security (Windows 11) in order to access windows defender to run full system scan.

Unable to access Privacy and Security Options in Settings

Windows 11 Privacy and Security setting is greyed out, when I click on it it tells me to go to the app store but when I search for an app it leads to a microsoft edge add. Does that mean privacy and security settings are only available in Windows 11 if I make Edge my default browser?

 

Diagonistic Data inside Privacy & Security is turned off in Windows 11 maybe by Kaspersky Total Security.

I installed Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) as an antivirus to my Windows 11 Home operating system (Version 21H2, Build 22000.526) in Beta Channel. But in the ‘Privacy & Security’ under Settings, I find that the Diagnostic data is permanently turned off (screenshot enclosed). It is saying “Your organization prevents sending diagnostic data to Microsoft”. It is also telling to “leave the Windows Insider Programme”. Please see the screenshot carefully and you will find everything in ‘Privacy & Security’ is turned off/greyed out. I don’t know what to do. Please suggest ways so that the Diagnostic Data is turned on , Inking & Typing is also turned on. Please see the screenshot carefully. The issue still persists even after exiting Kaspersky from the system tray as advised by you. Screenshot is once again enclosed for your doing the needful. It is saying your organization prevents sending diagnostic data to Microsoft.

Kaspersky people are saying that Microsoft preventing Kaspersky to have full access to my computer. It maybe because of Microsoft recent update with their Security and Privacy. Kapersky is also saying there should be an option to "Allow a third party application".

How to allow third party application in my pc? Please narrate step by step. Why there will be unfaithfulness an suspicion between Kaspersky and Microsoft - both renowned and loyal companies?
