Windows 10: Privacy Concern

User by the name of "Best Candidate" has identified me from a review I left on a business website. They are posting the review as a comment on news stories, are revealing the city where I live, the county where I live, where I went to school, my profession AND is saying I was in a county mental institution - names the county. It's not true, but this kind of behaviour should NOT be allowed.It's dangerous and poses a threat to my safety!.My profile is already private.I have reported the comment they get reinstated
