Windows 10: Private laptop cannot send signals to two monitors at the same time while my work laptop...

I have tried several things:- Reinstalling/updating drivers- Unplugging/plugging/rebooting- Enabled/disabled G-Sync and played around with refresh ratesSome more information about the setup:- ASUS ROG G531GW connects to Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock after which the dock connects to two monitors;- Dock connects through Thunderbolt 3 cable to Samsung Odyssey G85 monitor- Dock connects through USB C to mini DP cable supports Thunderbolt 3 to AOC monitor.As mentioned in the title.. the weird thing is that my work laptop immediately is able to connect to both screens through this setup. laptop not sending signal to (HDMI) external monitor

My monitor made a weird glitch in which I unplugged the HDMI cable from the (ASUS) laptop and (Dell) monitor. However, after reconnecting the monitor, it kept saying no signal. I then plugged a different monitor in with a different HDMI cable but it’s still doesn’t want to work.

I then I tried a different laptop and the monitor worked perfectly fine.

I also tried connecting (ASUS) laptop to a TV, it also doesn’t work there anymore. My guess is it’s something got to do with the laptop.

 

Laptop + Monitor resets where to send signal to laptop instead of 4k monitor when restarted

None of that worked.

I do not use a converter.

The monitor will not accept 4k signal through HDMI port only 1080P.

With the batch file:

It send duplicate of laptops settings to external monitor which means it will be only 1080P also.

Why can't windows just remember what settings I have to send all info to the external screen every startup?

Laptop not projecting signal / detecting additional monitors

My laptop previously connected no problem to an external monitor via HDMI. Now, the monitor displays "no signal from HDMI" when connected, and my laptop does not "detect" an external monitor. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reboot

replaced HDMI

Used different cables/ HDMI to USB -C adapter

Tried separate monitors

Uninstalled graphics drivers and hidden generic monitors

Cleared cache/temp files

system restore

Still, it does not pick up an external monitor. What can I do to fix this? The port itself has no damage, but it somehow does not seem to recognize that a monitor gets plugged in and therefore does not send a signal via HDMI or USB-C.
