Windows 10: Privilege Error Cannot play due to being Online Play restricted

I have downloaded Minecraft Dungeons for my son for Windows 10. Created a Microsoft account for myself and added my son as a familymember.

We do not play on an Xbox so no Xbox account created, but on PC. I have changed every setting for my son so no restrictions are applied. Settings are set to All Ages no restrictions. Where I could find a restriction, I lifted that.


Stil he cannot play an online game. What am I missing? Please help me!

There could either be a corrupted or missing data file that's causing this playback error. We'd like to know more information so we could provide an accurate resolution to have this issue fixed. Kindly answer the following:

• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• What media player are you using?
• Are you receiving any stop codes aside from the error message?
• Are you experiencing this issue on all of your media files?
• Have you tried playing any of your media files on a different user profile and encounter the same error message?
  

In the meantime, we suggest that you play any of your media files in a different user profile. This will help us isolate if the issue has something to do with your current user profile. In case that you don't have other user profiles, you can refer to this

BEX64 error only occurred when I was playing Battlefield5

To address the issue, kindly help us with the following questions.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the exact error message that is displayed while you play the game?
   
3. Are you facing this issue on Xbox console or Windows PC?
   

BEX64 error is caused by the saved files while you play the game. Kindly check with the below suggestions and see if it works.

• Delete all saved files (game files) from your users/documents folder (possibly libraries/documents folder).
  
• Start the game launcher from origin.
  
• If the origin syncs saved files before starting the launcher > Perform step 1 again.
  
• If it doesn’t sync, start the game and Play.
  

Note: Delete only the game files, do not delete the personal files.

Kindly help us with the above queries and respond with the status of the issue.

• Is there a connected USB device?

• Right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the device.
• Select Uninstall.
