Windows 10: Pro switch controller connects to bluetooth but will only work on steam

I'm honestly at a loss here. I've had my pro switch controller for some time now. I've been using it on my pc for months, mostly using steam with it, but randomly today it decided not to work with any games outside of steam. What happens is I sync and connect it to my PC via bluetooth, however, after it connects, the green lights turn off but it still stays connected. I can use it in steam when its like this and if I exit the settings and go back to them, it still says my controller is connected. However, I can't use it on a single game outside of steam, which has been very frustrating. I'm no

My Switch Pro Controller stopped working with no reason

Recencently I bought a Switch Pro Controller to be able to use gyro in Steam. After I dig up my old bluetooth USB radio and install Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (MS Bluetooth Stack asks for a pin number and I don't have one) it worked. Steam detected it as
a Pro Controller and everything was working. 2 days after, though, it stopped working. I was able to connect it via bluetooth but no program detects it. I tried re-install the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack, install BetterJoyForCemu, HID Wiinmote, but nothing worked.
I know that it's not a controller fault because it works wired. Would someone know how to help?

Note: I have a lot of difficult making bluetooth working. I need to keep removing and reconnect my USB Dongle until it work.

 

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller doesn't connect via Bluetooth

As per title, my controller (Nintendo Switch Pro Controller) is not connecting to my PC via bluetooth. All online walkthroughs i came through cover cases where either the controller doesn't connect via bluetooth nor cable, or it connects fine with both. In
my case, cable works (partially?), while bluetooth doesn't recognize it.

I have already tried updating my bluetooth drivers, or device drivers.

I heard the Pro Controller has native support on W10, but it may have been wrong information.

 

Nintendo Switch Pro Controller Bluetooth: Have To Keep Unpairing

I use my Switch Pro Controller for most of the games I have right now on both PC and Switch. Mostly it's wireless bluetooth to connect, but every time I want to disconnect my controller from the PC to to connect it to my switch I have to unpair it from my
PC list if I want to connect it back to my PC.

I don't know why my PC doesn't automatically detect my controller when I'm syncing to it, but there's an option when right clicking the bluetooth icon that's grayed out that says "Allow A Device To Connect" and I can't use the option for some reason.
